Manure-Free Foot Bath
Sturdy and deep seamless manure free foot bath HDPE tray to optimize the prevention and treatment of hoof problems. The length of 1.60 m is specially adapted to the gait of cattle to assure optimal dipping of the 4 hooves. With a width of only 85 cm, it can be installed in all return aisles. This footbath is suitable for treatments with liquids and powder.
- Large openings in the middle for good evacuation of the manure while preventing the legs from crossing over.
- Rounded top edge to systematically send the feet back into the tray.
- The separation in the middle forces the cow to put its foot down from the first tray. The tray also breaks the waves to prevent spilling.
- Anti-slip bottom opening the hooves.
- Place two manure-free footbaths in a row to wash the hooves with clear water, followed by dipping in product or to obtain two dipping’s of each hoof in product.

Filling volume
For optimal treatment, a cow hoof must be dipped in at least 12 cm (even during the last passages).
Depending on the product, it is recommended to prepare between 0.80 and 1.00 liters of solution per
cow and per passage.
