SPulse – Adjustable pulse current
sPulse welding solution offers the possibility of adjusting the weld seam appearance separately with its time-dependent precision adjustment feature. With its precise adjustment facility, you can adjust the main current and pulse current differently from each other.
F-Pulse – Adjustable pulse current depending on frequency
FPulse welding solution offers the possibility of adjusting the weld seam appearance separately with its frequency-dependent precision adjustment feature. With its precise adjustment facility, you can adjust the main current and pulse current differently from each other.
AutoPulse – Automatic arc stabilization
At low currents, the AutoPulse feature is activated and the current is automatically increased to increase arc stability and weld penetration. In this way, processing control is provided perfectly.
AntiStick – Smart power supply
Thanks to its anti-stick feature, the annealing of the electrode and the burning of alloy components are prevented blocking damage to the electrode in case of unwanted material contact. In contact with the electrode and the workpiece, the welding current is turned off for a short time.
Arcforce – Constant weld penetration and secure root merger
Arc force smart power supply increases the welding current if the distance of the electrode to the workpiece is low, and decreases the welding current if it is large. Thus, weld penetration and arc power remain constant. With the Hot Start feature, the electrode is easily ignited and it is prevented from sticking to the workpiece.
HF – High frequency ignition
With HF high-frequency ignition on TX series machines, it allows you to reliably complete various welding tasks. The air gap between the electrode and the workpiece is overcome by high frequency, thus preventing direct contact between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece. Residues formed after welding are prevented and your valuable time is saved.
