Vertical Feed Mixers
Vertical feeders are the most preferred feed mixer types for modern farming. These feeders are easy to maintain and long-lasting machines with low power requirements. The vertical feed mixer is based on a tapered conical shape bucket with a conical auger enabling any product to be chopped or mixed. Planetary vertical gearbox and auger drive gives high torque to feed mixer.
Design of the vertical mixer has evolved to achieve no dead spots geometry and therefore there is no post-emptying feed in the bucket. The tube and vertically placed auger which creates a 3-dimensional movement inside the bucket ensures rapid and efficient mixing.
Mixing is carried out by the effect of the specially designed multiple serrated tungsten coated blades of the auger. These knives cut round and square bales in a short time during moving and mixing the product with the help of gravity.
TMR machine
Total mixed ration (TMR) is a method of feeding beef and dairy cattle. A TMR diet achieves a wide distribution of nutrients in uniform feed rather than switching between several types. A cow’s ration should include good quality forages, a balance of grains and proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Eco Series Vertical Mixer Feeders
Eco series mixer feeders are designed for small and medium enterprises. The simple and light structure of the machine ensures that it is a choice for dairy and cattle farms.
The vertically operating auger system ensures that the round and square bales are unpacked, cut and mixed homogeneously with other rough and concentrated feeds with special alloyed and specially designed knives on it. Special design of the machine does not let dead spots in and therefore there is no post-emptying feed in the bucket.
This particular design combined with the long-life gearbox system requires much less power than the horizontal feed mixers.
Mixer feeders can optionally be provided with a loading bucket, programmable weighing system and hydraulic pump systems. With the hydraulic controlled loading bucket, you can weigh and can prepare mixed rations exactly the way you want.

Model SD20 & 25K
The smallest feeder mixer which chassis which fixed under the machine. The eco mixer feeders, designed for small scale farm’s needs and the ideal solutions up to 20 animals.. Vertically placed special design auger requires low power to mix with optimum performance.
- Gets power From PTO ( Power Take Off ) behind the tractor. It makes the bait ready without requiring too much power.
- You may use stationary by electric supply 3 Phase which is optional (for SD20 and D 25K )

The vertical auger
The vertical auger equipped with specially designed and durable cutting knives, cut a bale at a short time and creates a homogeneous ratio mixed with other feed and additives. There are no dead spots because of the design of the auger and bucket so makes it more hygienic compared to other mixers. Also, there is no feed left in the bucket after unloading. Easy to operate mixer feeders increase the profitability of the farms by preparing homogeneous mixes within a short time.
