Butter Churn
A butter churn is a device used to convert cream into butter. This is done through a mechanical process, frequently via a pole inserted through the lid of the churn, or via a crank used to turn a rotating device inside the churn.
Butter Churn machine is used to have a homemade butter. Churning is the process of shaking up cream or yogurt to make butter.
The basis of this Churn is a patented rotating disk which during operation moves the product in a circle from the center, then striking the blade located on the churn case, gradually knock cream in butter.
The churn is made of food-grade stainless steel, which completely eliminates corrosion.
The churn is equipped with an asynchronous electric motor with a rotor speed of 1380 rpm and is protected from overload by thermal protection.

Butter making
Put your material (yogurt-cream) into the cauldron and add enough water up to not exceed the paddle (breakwater) upper level of the cauldron Material and water should be at room temperature (25-30 C)
Start the machine by closing the cover. 1110A Model machines are timed, turn knob to max.10 position. Your machine will stop automatically after 10 minutes. The churning time for other models look Table-I Place the butter collected at the top with a perforated spoon into a pot filled with ice cold water and squeeze to separate the buttermilk inside the butter. Wash your butter with ice cold water and repeat this process several times until the wash water rinses. Reshape your butter in the refrigerator by shaping it according to your wishes and your butter is ready for consumption. Drain the remaining buttermilk with faucet
